Job summary

Kaseya is seeking AI/ML Engineers to build the intelligence layer of the Kaseya Intelligence Platform, an agentic AI runtime for automating IT operations for MSPs. You will combine applied machine learning, agent orchestration, anomaly detection, and production software engineering to create AI systems that interpret signals and coordinate actions across vendor platforms.

Qualifications

• Production AI/ML systems experience using Python.
• Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating model providers (OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.) into production.
• Ability to build evaluation harnesses, benchmarks, or automated tests for models/agents.
• Experience applying ML or systems research in production software.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI workflows that interpret signals, coordinate vendor API calls, and support automated decision-making across customer environments.
• Develop behavioral anomaly detection models using workflow activity, credential usage, tool-call sequences, and cross-platform patterns.
• Implement detection signals for escalation, abnormal decisions, and output-volume anomalies.
• Build evaluation harnesses and benchmark pipelines to measure model and agent quality, latency, reliability, and safety.
• Translate research into tested production implementations.
• Collaborate on OpenAPI-based connector generation and integration workflows across MSP, security, and IT platforms.
