Job summary

Synechron is seeking a seasoned AI engineer to design and deploy RAG-enabled solutions in production. You will implement embeddings, retrieval strategies, and semantic search using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma or OpenSearch.

You will apply prompt engineering, build multimodal AI capabilities, and work with LangChain and LangGraph-style architectures in a flexible hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing RAG-based solutions and applying semantic search.
• Hands-on Python development with exposure to LLMs and vector DBs.
• Familiarity with LangChain, AWS Bedrock and AI observability tools.

Job description
