ELITS is now looking for an AI/ML Engineer for our operations in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning and AI solutions to address real-world business challenges.
• Develop scientific methodologies, processes, and systems to extract actionable insights and advance applied analytics.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classical and advanced machine learning concepts, including Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic development, applying them effectively to meet customer needs.
• Build AI/ML solutions in line with industry architectural standards and coding best practices.
• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to the team throughout the delivery of complex machine learning projects.
• Strengthen customer relationships by delivering robust, scalable, and impactful solutions.
