Job summary

Outlier in Canada is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and explain what looks off. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and describe why they do or don’t match the prompt.

This is a 1099 freelance opportunity, fully remote with flexible hours. Pay is up to $15 USD/hr, with weekly payments and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in conversations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing explanations in English detailing observed issues.
