Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms to enhance performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support model development.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they remain robust and up-to-date with evolving data trends.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to identify innovative solutions and tools.
- Document processes, models, and results to ensure clear communication across teams.
Profile
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Proficient in both English and French, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools for data management and deployment.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision is a plus.
- AI certification (e.g., Google AI, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
