Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms to enhance performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to support model development.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they remain robust and up-to-date with evolving data trends.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to identify innovative solutions and tools.
• Document processes, models, and results to ensure clear communication across teams.

Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with expertise in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Proficient in both English and French, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools for data management and deployment.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision is a plus.
• AI certification (e.g., Google AI, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
