Job description

About FutureSight

FutureSight is a venture studio that co-founds and builds B2B SaaS companies from 0 to 1 alongside values-driven entrepreneurial leaders. Our model brings together validated ideas, high-caliber founders, and embedded resources to accelerate the journey from concept to company.

We’re now entering the launch sprint for a new AI-native Wealth Tech venture. This opportunity is built on a validated problem space: helping financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth managers deliver proactive, personalized advice at scale. The solution focuses on intelligent co-pilots, client engagement automation, and high-net-worth workflow enhancements.

The Opportunity

We’ve completed the validation phase—including dozens of interviews with financial professionals, clear confirmation of problem-solution fit, and early commercial interest. We’re now preparing for launch.

As AI Launch Advisor, you’ll support the final leg of this 6-week sprint: shaping the MVP, pressure-testing GTM hypotheses, mapping technical feasibility, and sharpening our differentiation in a crowded market. Your work will inform product delivery decisions, partnership strategy, and founder requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Readiness

  • Refine early adopter personas, key use cases, and beachhead segments
  • Shape initial sales motions and packaging (e.g., advisor-first, firm-led, or embedded)
  • Collaborate on marketing narrative, pitch materials, and waitlist or demo launch strategies
  • Assess regulatory or integration requirements (e.g., CRM, custodian, compliance stack)
  • Identify potential early partners or design partners for pilot rollout

Product & Technical Feasibility

  • Work with FutureSight’s AI and product team to finalize MVP scope and feature set
  • Review AI architecture and help evaluate options (e.g., LLM vs. RAG, co-pilot vs. dashboard)
  • Stress-test implementation risks across compliance, latency, and user experience
  • Support prompt engineering, vendor selection, or prototyping efforts where relevant

Competitive & Strategic Positioning

  • Benchmark against comparable tools or emerging competitors in the advisor tech stack
  • Identify defensible product hooks or data advantages
  • Recommend strategic angles for market entry and differentiation

Sprint Deliverables

  • Final MVP and GTM plan with supporting rationale
  • Market feedback or pre-sales signals (e.g., waitlist signups, demo interest)
  • Launch-readiness checklist (technical, commercial, operational)
  • Deep familiarity with wealth management workflows and advisor pain points
  • Experience launching early-stage B2B SaaS or AI-powered products (0–1 experience essential)
  • Strong understanding of generative AI applications, particularly in sales, compliance, or service
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of product, GTM, and technical feasibility
  • Comfortable synthesizing fast-moving inputs into crisp deliverables
  • Bonus: Experience with integrations (custodians, CRMs), financial planning tools, or compliance tech

Compensation

  • ~20 hrs/wk for 6 weeks & $4,000 stipend
  • 1 % advisor equity in the venture spun out (vests monthly over 24 months)
