Quandri, based in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead cloud infrastructure, devops, security, and compliance. You will mentor engineers, guide the engineering org, and hire top talent to scale our mission-critical software for North America’s top insurance agencies.

You will build and drive an engineering culture focused on ownership, operational excellence, and customer-driven delivery, ensuring clarity and strong execution in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with a focus on mission-critical software.
• 4+ years of engineering team leadership/management.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, security and compliance (SOC 2).
• Experience delivering B2B enterprise software at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps/DevEx, security and compliance.
• Drive multi-quarter roadmaps, operational excellence, scalability and reliability across services.
• Mentor and grow engineers, hire and train talent to meet high standards.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud infra, security, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and leaders to enable sustainable growth.
