Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp and effective AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role is all about designing, testing, and optimizing high-performance prompts that help our teams—and eventually our clients—get the most out of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others. You’ll play a key role in scaling our internal AI capabilities by building prompt libraries, collaborating with teams to solve real problems and staying ahead of rapid changes in AI technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, testing, and refining prompts for a range of AI tools to improve outcomes across sales, marketing, operations, and client experience
  • Collaborating with team leads to understand workflows and build prompt solutions that solve real business challenges
  • Creating and maintaining a centralized prompt library with use cases, results, and performance benchmarks
  • Training internal teams on AI best practices and tool usage
  • Identify high-impact AI applications and develop solutions

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience working with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) in a business or technical setting
  • Strong understanding of LLM behavior and prompt engineering principles
