Job summary

Finlo AI is building an elite AI/ML engineering team in Ottawa, redefining financial intelligence for SMBs. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will own the development of core AI engines powering client dashboards and growth systems, shaping features from the ground up and solving real business problems.

You will collaborate with sales and product, report to the VP of Product, and help scale the startup with ambiguity, precision, and vision.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Experience in Python programming.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align strategy.
• Not looking for degrees — we’re looking for builders who can craft narratives, generate demand, and deliver growth systems from scratch.

Responsibilities
