Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Digital Enablement Specialist to drive AI-enabled workflows within the Water Delivery teams. You will enable practical, secure Copilot-powered solutions across Microsoft 365, train staff, and deploy agent-driven processes to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build guides, and translate business needs into scalable AI workflows, while promoting adoption and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum five years of related work experience or equivalent
• 5+ years delivering solutions in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments with AI/automation
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units

Responsibilities

• AI and Automation Stakeholder Collaboration across business units and levels of maturity.
• AI Training and Support through online and in-person sessions; develop guides and libraries.
• Development and Deployment of Copilot agents and AI-enabled workflows; translate needs into prompts and agent logic.
