Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ruby experience and expert-level Ruby on Rails.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs with web apps.
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Rails applications (Rails 8).
• Integrate LLMs into microservices architecture for state management and real-time UX.
• Enhance front-end experiences with Hotwire, StimulusJS, or React.
