You will enhance AI models through real-time data, identify bottlenecks, and establish metrics to improve workflow. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or engineering, 5+ years of experience, and expertise in programming and AI frameworks. Attractive compensation and benefits are available, with a salary range of 135,000 to 220,000 CAD based on level and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven industry experience.
• Proven track record developing ASIC design frameworks and flows.
• First-hand experience with RTL, functional and formal verification, or physical design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate cross-stage bottlenecks in the ASIC development lifecycle.
• Leverage real-time data for AI models and analytics.
• Establish metrics to measure efficiency and quality improvements.

Skills

High-level programming skills (Python, PERL, Make, shell scripting)

Experience with AI frameworks
