Job summary

Exchanger Industries Limited (EIL) is Calgary-based and Canada’s leader in custom heat transfer solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and analytics, using Copilot, Power BI AI, and AI-assisted Excel to turn data into a storytelling narrative for leadership.

You will translate leadership questions into concrete analytics requirements, partner with IT on data access and security, and orchestrate outputs from multiple AI agents to deliver a single, validated view

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is required.
• 2–4 years in analytics, with business, engineering, or commercial focus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis and reporting (e.g., Copilot, Power BI AI, AI-assisted Excel).
• Ability to translate business questions into buildable data requirements for developers.

Responsibilities

• AI enablement & orchestration: accelerate report creation and narratives with AI while validating outputs for accuracy and context.
• Orchestrate outputs across multiple AI agents and package findings for leadership.
• Translate KPIs and questions into clear requirements for internal developers.
• Collaborate with IT on data access, security, and scalable analytics solutions.
