The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve our end-to-end AI solutions. This role involves optimizing AI-driven workflows, particularly in image generation, speech technologies, and AI moderation. You will work with state-of-the-art models, orchestrate scalable AI pipelines, and contribute to the seamless integration of AI into our platform.

What You'll Do:

• Own and optimize our image generation pipeline, including ComfyUI workflows, diffusion model orchestration, performance, and cost optimization.
• Develop solutions to extract visual details from descriptions and reference images to generate consistent character images.
• Experiment with different models and prompts to enhance image generation quality and consistency.
• Fine-tune large language models to generate effective image prompts.
• Implement and enhance moderation techniques for image generation, including detecting underage content, bestiality, and celebrity deepfakes.
• Improve user satisfaction through data analysis and optimization of AI-driven features.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) stack using third-party APIs or locally hosted AI models.
• Design and deploy scalable AI solutions using cloud-based infrastructure in an AWS serverless context.

Who You Are:

• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Transformer, PyTorch, or ComfyUI.
• Expertise in diffusion models and generative AI techniques for image and text generation.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, including frontend frameworks like React or NextJS.
• Familiarity with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and Redis.
• Experience with data analysis and A/B testing methodologies to optimize AI-driven experiences.
• Knowledge of AI content moderation techniques for filtering inappropriate or harmful outputs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for prompt generation.
• Background in speech processing and working with TTS/STT APIs.
• Prior work in entertainment, gaming, or AI-driven chat applications.
