AI Delivery Lead (Project Management)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AI Project Coordinator to support the execution of various artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external development teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

• Participate in Agile project meetings to help drive AI-related initiatives forward.
• Collaborate with external partners and Digital Technology (DT) developers to ensure the defined scope of work is executed as planned.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and especially PowerPoint to manage documentation and presentations.
• Work with internal clients, typically directors from various business units, depending on the candidate’s.
• Focus on projects related to quality, customer service, and operations, all within the realm of artificial intelligence.
• Spend the majority of the day gathering and understanding customer requirements and driving internal actions to meet those needs.
• Conduct internal process mapping in alignment with DT teams, following Agile methodology.
• ️ Note: This role does not involve hands-on coding; all technical development will be handled by DT or external developers.

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management in a large company (e.g., ABB, Bombardier, CAE), ideally with IT or digital projects
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Educational in Software, Computer Science, Commerce, or Engineering

Assets:

• Experience as a data scientist
• Proven understanding of machine learning
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
