Cohere seeks dynamic AI Data Trainers with exceptional Spanish writing and translation skills.

Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor role within Canada only. We require a commitment of 16 hours per week at $30/hour. The role is BYOD—bring your own device (laptop). Remote work within Canada is permitted. Performance incentives are included!

As an AI Data Trainer, you will:

• Label and Rank: Accurately label and rank machine learning data, ensuring data integrity and quality.

• Audit and Correct: Review and rectify inaccuracies in language data, maintaining high standards of accuracy.

• Reading and Text-Based Tasks: Complete reading and text tasks efficiently, with attention to detail.

• Preference-Based Tasks: Evaluate responses to determine which best follow our style guide.

• Recommend Optimizations: Suggest improvements for data quality and model performance.

• Provide Feedback: Collaborate with team members and provide language-related feedback.

• Detail-Oriented Execution: Perform repetitive, precise language tasks meticulously.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish; excellent English skills.

• Strong reading and writing skills, demonstrated through a written test.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Tolerance for repetitive tasks.
