The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Data Science & ML Engineering. Join us on an exciting Data & Analytics journey, building a suite of Managed Data Science and Agentic AI Services across multiple industries.

You will assist industry clients in navigating the complex world of data science and AI, providing insights on how these technologies can transform their organizations. This is a high-growth, high-visibility role with ample opportunities for skill development and career advancement.

Your Key Responsibilities

The role involves identifying and prioritizing use cases across value chains, leveraging AI and Machine Learning techniques, and building, validating, deploying, and monitoring analytics solutions. You will coach data engineers and data scientists to deliver services and develop solutions with a business focus.

What Will You Do?

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and guide them in building AI and ML solutions that deliver both short-term wins and long-term value.
2. Develop and implement roadmaps for AI/ML products with a team of data scientists, engineers, and product owners.
3. Build, validate, deploy, and monitor AI/ML models, providing MLOps support for both internal and client initiatives.
4. Utilize tools such as SAS, R, Python, Scala, Java, Spark, Azure ML, Tableau, and others to deliver advanced data science solutions.
5. Guide clients in selecting suitable Generative AI models and related services.
6. Address AI Governance topics, including data residency and PII handling.
7. Monitor and tune model performance, managing champion/challenger models for optimal results.
8. Ensure models are properly packaged and documented for deployment, and participate in client training and knowledge transfer.
9. Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards, including data anonymization and encryption.
10. Leverage CI/CD and DevOps tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins for delivering and supporting Data Science solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience building and deploying end-to-end data science solutions across industries.
• Knowledge of the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle, feature engineering, model tuning, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Data Scientist certification and experience with Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
• Experience with open-source tools like R, Python, Spark, and notebooks (Zeppelin, Jupyter).
• Experience with Spark ML, MLlib, GraphX, and Agentic AI deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Data Science / AI certifications on major platforms.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, MXNet on CPUs and GPUs.

Additional Qualities

• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing analytics, BI, or data warehousing projects.
