The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Data Science & ML Engineering to join our Data & Analytics team. You will work on building Managed Data Science and AI services across various industries, helping clients navigate modern data science and AI transformations.

Your role involves identifying use cases, developing analytics solutions, and coaching teams to deliver impactful results. You will work with a variety of tools and guide clients in AI model selection, governance, and deployment, ensuring security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and develop AI/ML solutions that deliver quick wins and long-term value.
• Create roadmaps for AI/ML product development with cross-functional teams.
• Deploy and monitor AI/ML models, providing MLOps support.
• Utilize tools like SAS, R, Python, Spark, Azure ML, Tableau, etc., to deliver solutions.
• Advise clients on Generative AI models and AI governance topics.
• Ensure models are properly packaged, documented, and compliant with security standards.
• Support CI/CD processes using tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins.

Qualifications

• Masters in AI, ML, Statistics, Economics, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end data science solutions.
• Proficiency in predictive modeling, feature engineering, and model management.
• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and open-source tools like R and Python.
• Knowledge of Spark MLlib, GraphX, and Agentic AI deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Data Science/AI certifications.
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.

Desired Attributes

• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in analytics projects.
