AI Content Editor

The Influence Agency is a growing marketing agency that specializes in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy & Development, SEO, Paid Media, Web Design & Development, and much more!

As AI tools like Frase, Semrush, and ChatGPT become central to how content is produced, we’re looking for an AI Content Editor to help bridge the gap between machine-generated drafts and polished, high-performing blogs. If you love words, are editorially minded, and are excited to shape the future of content creation with AI, this is the role for you.

We’re working in a hybrid model! We’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location at least two days per week.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Graduates from publishing programs are ideal.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana) or willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Some experience creating or editing SEO-driven content
  • Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and publishing workflows
  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced editorial environment
  • Project management experience, particularly in editorial
Key Responsibilities

The AI Content Editor will focus primarily on SEO-driven blogs. Working with keywords provided by our SEO department, you’ll help ideate blog topics, use AI tools to generate first drafts, and then transform them into polished, engaging, optimized content.

You’ll need strong editing, organization, and time management skills to manage blog pipelines for multiple clients at once. Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings curiosity and eagerness to learn.
