Publicis Canada is seeking an AI Creative Visual Storyteller to innovate at the intersection of storytelling and technology. In this role, you will create visually rich narratives and direct AI tools to produce cutting-edge content that enhances brand storytelling. You're not just using AI; you're at the forefront of redefining creativity in visual communications while collaborating closely with creative directors and art teams.
The Pub is a full-service production offering with 450+ subject matter experts spanning Digital, Video and Print production. We work with some of the biggest brands in Canada & the US on projects ranging from anthem TV spots to social content to (literally) billions of emails and digital assets shot, designed, developed and deployed by our team. We’re looking for a visionary AI Creative Visual Storyteller to join our production team, someone who sits at the intersection of concept, craft, and cutting-edge technology. This is not a technical support role. It’s a creative-first position for a conceptual thinker with exceptional visual sensibilities and advanced prompt-crafting skills who can shape stories through AI-generated visuals that rival traditional production.
You will collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and producers to translate scripts and
treatments into cinematic visual narratives using AI tools. From moodboards and storyboards to motion frames, you’ll act as both an artist and a technician. A new breed of creative who
understands storytelling, style, and the tools shaping the future of production.

A creative with a technologist’s mindset not afraid of tools, and excited to push them.
Experienced in art direction, visual development, or design for advertising or motion
content and editing (photoshop, Premiere Pro, Resolve and After Effects).
Able to take a campaign concept and translate it into powerful visuals that feel like
cinema, not stock.
Extremely detail-oriented you know how to control the chaos of AI outputs and direct it
with precision.
Curious, experimental, and deeply collaborative.
