Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank is seeking candidates for its AI2 Business Intelligence Associate Program in Toronto, Ontario. This enhanced 12‑month development opportunity focuses on analytics, data and AI, with dashboards and reporting across Azure, SQL Server and other sources.

You will collaborate with teams to understand business needs, translate them into data-driven insights, develop automated reports, and grow through coaching from TD's Early Talent Experience group.

Qualifications

• Graduated between May 2025 and May 2027 with an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, CS, or Data Analytics.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with interest in data-driven insights.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and telling a story through data visualization.
• Experience with Azure Cloud is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and understand business drivers, definitions, and metrics for actionable insights.
• Build and maintain reporting packages and dashboards across Azure Cloud, SQL Server, and data sources.
• Manage repository of reporting assets, scripts, and documentation.
• Adopt and evolve report automation standards.
• Validate data quality and lead discussions translating requirements into value.
