Job summary

LGI Healthcare Solutions Santé Inc. seeks an AI Augmented Quality Assurance Analyst II to shape our AI-enabled testing practices. You will analyze requirements, define risk-based testing strategies, and collaborate with product and development teams to establish clear acceptance criteria.

In this role you design, develop, and maintain automated tests, evolve automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and promote responsible use of AI to improve quality, coverage, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four to six years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence tools in software development.

Analysis, Strategy, and Testability

Analyze functional, technical, and business requirements to identify risks, ambiguities, and critical scenarios;

Define testing strategies based on risk, business value, and feature complexity;

Collaborate with product and development teams to establish clear and measurable acceptance criteria;

Recommend improvements to enhance solution testability from the design stage onward;

Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate requirements analysis, propose test scenarios, and improve the quality of analyses while applying critical judgment to the results generated;

Identify automation opportunities from the earliest stages of development.

Automation and Software Quality

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests;

Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks;

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;

Improve the coverage, stability, and maintainability of automated tests;

Identify the scenarios that offer the greatest return on investment for automation;

Contribute to improving automation best practices;

Help improve software quality by recommending practices that promote stability and maintainability, reduce defects, and increase test coverage.

QA Governance and Transformation

Contribute to the evolution of the team’s quality assurance practices by recommending improvements based on observed results, identified risks, and industry best practices;

Recommend improvements to quality assurance processes, methods, and tools;

Contribute to improving AI-augmented quality assurance practices;

Share expertise and support the professional development of team members.

Use artificial intelligence solutions to improve the efficiency of quality assurance activities;

Promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence within the team;

Validate results generated by artificial intelligence tools by applying professional judgment;

Identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence into quality assurance activities;

Contribute to improving the team’s artificial intelligence practices.

Metrics and Continuous Improvement

Measure and analyze quality metrics such as test coverage, automated test stability, defect density, and validation results;

Use quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of validation strategies, recommend corrective actions, and support the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation and automation processes;

Participate in the analysis of quality results to reduce risks and improve delivery performance.

What You Will Bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to Succeed in This Role:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience;

A minimum of four to six years of experience in quality assurance and test automation;

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and REST APIs;

This position requires bilingualism and an excellent command of French, as you will work with documentation that is primarily in French and communicate, both verbally and in writing, with predominantly French-speaking partners, clients, vendors, and colleagues. A good command of English will be considered an asset.
