Job Description

This is a remote position. Candidates must be able to cover EST time-zone. Although this is a primarily remote position, the ability to work from the office (Downtown Toronto) weekly is a plus.

What You’ll Do :

AI-Driven Development : Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, optimize code, and automate workflows.

Automation & Optimization : Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI-powered automation to improve workflows.

Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with designers, PMs, and engineers to rapidly bring ideas to life while demonstrating AI’s value in development.

Scalable Deployment : Use cloud platforms like Supabase and Netlify (bonus) to deploy and scale applications seamlessly.

Inspire & Educate : Lead by example in adopting AI-assisted coding and inspire other developers to embrace AI tools for efficiency.

Continuous Learning : Stay ahead of AI-driven development trends and share insights, tools, and best practices with the team to embed AI-assisted coding into our culture.
