The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Solution Architect for our AI & Data practice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical leadership background with hands-on experience in Data Bricks, pursuits, proposal development, and delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager / Solution Architect, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to support the delivery of key projects, build valuable relationships within EY and with clients, and develop strong capabilities through formal training and mentorship. We value diverse backgrounds, and will support your transition into consultancy if this is your first role in the field.

• Work closely with business and clients to meet requirements, considering costs, privacy, security, and system integration.
• Identify and implement reusable assets and standards, ensuring adherence across projects.

• Assess vendor products, understand delivery models, and assist in implementation.

• Guide resolution of complex data architecture issues and monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with architectural designs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, data science, informatics, operations research, engineering, or related field.
• Awareness of regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Experience with Data Platforms, Data Modelling, Databricks, Azure Cloud, and Data Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest and experience in Data Analytics, programming, Data Visualization, Microsoft Fabric, Unity Catalog, Data Bricks assets, CI/CD, and Data Migration.
