The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand use cases and key business processes for AI solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into robust AI solutions that integrate with the client’s technology stack.
• Continuously learn, experiment, and test new AI tools, platforms, technologies, and techniques.
• Create comprehensive test plans for AI-based applications, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 2+ years developing AI/ML solutions, including at least 1 year of testing experience.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience working in agile environments.

Preferred qualifications

• Understanding of testing methodologies for AI, including bias, performance, and security testing.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, NLP, and AI frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools like DeepChecks or similar.
• Experience with API integration and development.
• Fluency in French and English, as the role involves interaction with clients nationally and globally.
