Job Description & Summary
The AI Adoption and Insights Lead is responsible for driving the integration and adoption of AI technologies across various Lines of Service (LoS). This role partners with LoS leaders to understand their needs, conduct SWOT analyses, and identify AI-driven opportunities. The leader translates complex AI technology into user-friendly, actionable solutions, guiding AI adoption strategies and overseeing initiatives aligned with business priorities. The role requires an engineering/consulting mindset with expertise in designing AI frameworks and integration strategies. Additionally, the leader measures the impact of AI on productivity, builds strategies for adoption, and gathers feedback for potential sunsetting of solutions. This role is a key part of the workforce pillar of AI transformation, fostering a culture of curiosity and creativity.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
  • Experience in AI & technology adoption, consulting, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, and technology leadership
  • Proven track record in designing AI frameworks and integration strategies
  • Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and AI solutions for business intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong portfolio management skills and strategic foresight
