Vendasta is seeking an AI Activation Strategist (Client Management) in Saskatoon to serve as the primary architect for clients, delivering AI-driven digital marketing solutions within the Vendasta ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end client scoping, setup, and post-delivery optimization, leveraging AI tools to identify insights and drive innovation while maintaining a consultative, service-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Client Success, Implementation or Technical Consulting in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative, service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary architect for clients, scoping and setting up AI-driven digital marketing solutions.
• Serve as single point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value.
• Design tailored AI solutions using Vendasta technologies for client success.
• Train clients and ensure ongoing adoption and optimization.
