Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader passionate about driving operational excellence and achieving profit objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team leadership, customer service, and financial management. The role involves leading a team to success by driving profitable sales, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring operational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations, ensuring staff are competent, industry knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
2. Achieve sales and profit goals through strategic planning, cost control, and effective resource utilization.
3. Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance customer service, administration, and operations.
4. Oversee maintenance, safety, and operation of all equipment and assets.
5. Manage the annual operating budget, including sales targets, operational costs, and staffing.
6. Stay informed on industry trends and products to advise customers and staff effectively.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience, including hiring, supervising, and staff development.
• Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills.
• Experience in sales with the ability to develop effective strategies.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
• Familiarity with industry products, services, and market trends.
• Ability to meet or exceed financial and operational objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
