Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader passionate about driving operational excellence and achieving profit objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team leadership, customer service, and financial management. The role involves leading a team to success by driving profitable sales, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring staff are competent, industry knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
- Achieve sales and profit goals through strategic planning, cost control, and effective resource utilization.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance customer service, administration, and operations.
- Oversee maintenance, safety, and operation of all equipment and assets.
- Manage the annual operating budget, including sales targets, operational costs, and staffing.
- Stay informed on industry trends and products to advise customers and staff effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and certifications.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, including hiring, supervising, and staff development.
- Strong organizational, financial, and operational management skills.
- Experience in sales with the ability to develop effective strategies.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
- Familiarity with industry products, services, and market trends.
- Ability to meet or exceed financial and operational objectives.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
