We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead a team towards success by driving profitable sales, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring operational success.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Manage daily operations, ensuring staff are competent, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.
  2. Achieve sales and profit goals through strategic sales initiatives, cost controls, and resource management.
  3. Create and improve processes to enhance customer service, administration, and operations.
  4. Oversee maintenance, safety, and operation of all equipment and assets.
  5. Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales targets, operational costs, and staffing.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends and products to advise customers and staff effectively.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
