Job description

Experience: Will train

Tasks:

1. Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
2. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
3. Place dishes in storage area
4. Keep records of the quantities of food used
5. Portion and wrap foods
6. Stock refrigerators and salad bars
7. Take customers' orders
8. Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
9. Remove kitchen garbage and trash
10. Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
11. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
