Join AGCO, a global leader in agricultural machinery, as an Agronomy and Farm Solutions Manager. In this role, you will enhance machine functionalities for better agronomic and economic performance, develop and validate innovative ideas, provide agronomic ROI for new products, and conduct on-farm research. You will also share research findings and provide agronomic education at various events, supporting sustainable farming practices.

Your Impact

• Represent NA on the Global Agronomy and Farm Solutions team, focusing on improving machine functionalities from an agronomic and economic perspective.
• Develop and prioritize a funnel of innovative ideas for minimum viable product development.
• Support global product management, engineering, and marketing with agronomic and grower ROI data for new products.
• Engage directly with farmers, dealers, and stakeholders to identify, plan, and conduct on-farm research.
• Share research results and provide agronomic education at field events, meetings, farm shows, conferences, and online videos.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field; master's preferred.
• Self-driven, innovative, with problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Technical experience in field research and/or agronomy sales preferred.
• Deep understanding of equipment data and statistical analysis.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Language skills: English required; Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French helpful.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Certified Crop Advisor and Pesticide Applicator License are a plus.

Your Compensation

Salary range: $90K-$110K, based on experience. Eligible for a bonus of 10% of compensation. Benefits include health, dental, vision, flexible work options, 401(k), paid holidays and time off, educational reimbursements, life insurance, and more.
