A reputable agriculture company is seeking a Sales Representative to act as the main point of contact with customers in the Truro area. The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture and strong sales skills to build relationships and drive sales for fertilizers and other supplies. Responsibilities include coordinating field trials, expanding the client base, and ensuring excellent service to the farming community. This position demands adaptability, effective communication, and a results-driven approach.
The Sales Representative will act as the point of contact between the business and their customers. The Sales Representative be responsible for executing sales and building strong customer relationships in their set territory. Knowledge of the agriculture industry, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment is crucial. He/she will be a results-driven, self-starter with a “Can Do” attitude who will be innovative in dealing with problems and in identifying and taking advantage of all opportunities.
