Agricultural Operations Support and Dispatch - Central Ontario FS - Delhi, ON

Join Prairieland FS, Inc. as an Agricultural Operations Support and Dispatch in Delhi, ON. This role offers a blend of administrative and operational duties, supporting daily branch operations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with and advise customers on product use and application.
  • Arrange work schedules and dispatch equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain records of vehicle logs, sales, deliveries, and applications.
  • Assist in the utilization and maintenance of equipment, ensuring safety and procedures are followed.
  • Load and unload materials safely using trucks or forklifts.
  • Support grain elevator activities during harvest, including loading/unloading trucks and operating dryers.
  • Maintain and adjust equipment such as grain elevator motors and augers.
Qualifications
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • Valid G or DZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of crop protection products, fertilizers, and application practices.
  • Ability to operate application equipment, work in the shop, or deliver products.
  • Necessary licenses and permits, such as forklift certification and TDG, or ability to obtain them.
