Agriculture Equipment Shop Foreman

Agriterra Equipment is one of North America’s largest AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Rogator, Bourgault, Morris, and Cub Cadet. Agriterra is also the first authorized sales and service centre for CAT agricultural products in North America. We are looking for an exceptional Shop Foreman to join our team in Camrose, AB.
Experience as an Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be preferred (agriculture experience isn’t required but would be a bonus).

• Work along side with the Service Manager and Advisor to monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion
• Ensure quality control, assist, and advise technicians and make recommendations for additional work that should be considered for the equipment
• Diagnostics, electrical work, general repairs, maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of equipment
• This position will be based in shop

What are we looking for?

• A Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician or Heavy Duty AG Mechanic would be required
• Experience with agriculture equipment would be a bonus (including experience growing up or working on a farm), but not required
• Someone with superior leadership and organizational skills
• Someone who is a problem solver, has great communication skills, and can assist in finding solutions to complex repair or diagnostic challenges
• Proficient with computers and electrical diagnostics
