KeyAg Kubota , a well-established agricultural, industrial and acreage equipment dealership in Leduc is expanding our team!We are looking to add another experienced Journeyman Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Road Technician.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Consistently perform high-quality service repairs and have minimum comebacks
• Accurately diagnose and resolve routine and complex issues
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Making customer satisfaction your priority
• Handling customer concerns immediately according to the dealership's guidelines
• Participating in manufacturer’s training, always open to learning
• Understanding and complying with government and company health & safety requirements

What we need from you:

• 2+ years experience as a Red Seal Ag or HET Certified Technician
• Road Tech, so hours may vary with some shop time as well when needed
• Agriculture Experience
• Own your own tools/toolbox
• Have a respectful, positive attitude and disposition
• Highly organized and deadline focused
• Team focused but able to work independently
• Driven to learn new technology
• Displays professionalism and a very strong customer service focus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong spoken and written English
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory drivers abstract

Pay:$42.00-$45.00 per hour (Journeyman rate, dependent on experience)

Experience:

• Red Seal Ag or HET Certified Technician (2+ years experience required)
