Richardson International is offering opportunities for Agribusiness Summer Students at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres across Manitoba. These roles involve supporting teams and ensuring the efficient operation of the centres during the growing season.

Ideal candidates have an agriculture-focused degree or diploma, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. A valid driver’s license is preferred; agriculture background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities.
• Scout crops for weeds, disease and insects.
• Soil and tissue testing tasks.
• Assist with purchase, storage and shipping of grain.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to farm customers.

Summer Students are responsible for providing support to our teams at Richardson Pioneer and for supporting the efficient and profitable operation of our Ag Business Centres.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities

• Provide excellent customer service to our farm customers

Qualifications

• Students or graduates of an Agriculture degree or diploma program focusing on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science
• A valid driver's licence is required
