Job summary

Richardson International is seeking motivated students or recent graduates for Agribusiness Summer Student roles at Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres across Alberta. You will support crop input retail activities, scout crops, perform soil testing and assist with grain purchases and shipping.

A valid driver’s license is required and an Agriculture degree or diploma in Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science is preferred.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of agriculture encouraged.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agriculture degree or diploma in Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Agriculture background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with crop input retail activities.

Summer Students are responsible for providing support to our teams at Richardson Pioneer and for supporting the efficient and profitable operation of our Ag Business Centres.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of Agriculture

• Students or graduates of an Agriculture degree or diploma program focusing on Agronomy, Plant Science or Soil Science
• A valid driver's licence is required
• Agriculture background is considered an asset but not required
