We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agreement Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic Marine Power Agreements team.

Location: This position will be based in Surrey, BC.

What will you be doing

As an Agreement Delivery Coordinator, you will work closely with the assigned team to support contract execution. This includes proactively ordering and delivering parts, preparing tools shipments, and coordinating workshop components to ensure planned maintenance activities are completed on time without obstacles. Continuous communication with the customer, Wärtsilä departments, and networks is essential. While responding promptly to customer requests, maintaining cost efficiency is also required.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Coordinate activities within budget and provide monthly cost estimates.
• Respond promptly and accurately to contractual customer requests.
• Coordinate logistics of components to/from vessels and workshops globally with customers.
• Implement scheduled overhauls, assign workshop locations, and ensure timely overhaul of components.
• Work with vendors to arrange POs, review, and approve invoices, and initiate disputes if necessary.
• Track ongoing activities, follow up to prevent delays, and ensure components arrive on time.
• Collaborate closely with the contract team and update the contract manager on key issues.
• Handle problems and claims while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Maintain proper records of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status reports and service work reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in heavy equipment industry.
• Travel up to 20% may be required for candidates outside of Florida, US.
• Experience with SAP and Service Workforce is a plus.
• Decisiveness and results-oriented focus.
• Ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Proactive planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.

For applicants residing in BC, the annual salary range is CAD 76,000 – CAD 92,000. The starting salary will be determined based on education, skills, experience, and internal equity.
