Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and leading the Agile Practice Centre of Excellence to influence organizational agile practices.
2. Driving strategic implementation of the Path to Agility tool across all squads and functions.
3. Providing strategic direction and leadership to empower Agile Enablement and Delivery teams.
4. Leading and energizing teams, removing organizational roadblocks, and ensuring progress towards agile goals.
5. Establishing partnerships with vendors to support agile transformation.
6. Contributing to Agile Practice Town Halls and stakeholder engagement.
7. Managing key documents and artifacts to support agile initiatives.
8. Collaborating with the Organization Change Management Team to address change challenges.
9. Supporting organizational evolution to advance Agile maturity.

Qualifications include:

• Proven expertise in strategy management, agile frameworks, and delivery models, aligned with business goals.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster positive stakeholder relationships and team empowerment.
• Effective communication skills and a courteous engagement style.
• Eligibility to work full-time in Canada for Interac.
