  2. Coach teams on Agile processes, such as writing useful user stories and managing backlogs.
  3. Ensure effective onboarding of team members onto projects.
  4. Support planning, preparation, and execution of Agile ceremonies.
  5. Engage with stakeholders to remove impediments.
  6. Conduct training sessions on topics like Agile processes and user stories.
  7. Report key metrics to senior stakeholders.

Focusing on retail clients in fiscal year 2026, the project will optimize acquisition journeys for chequing, savings, credit cards, and unsecured lines of credit. It involves streamlining online and mobile application flows, enabling product bundling, and deploying pre-approved offers and calls to action across digital channels. A key goal is creating a seamless onboarding experience that meets market standards, validated by third-party assessment. This includes implementing a robust KYC process with multiple verification methods, integrating fraud checks, and ensuring a unified credentialing system across digital platforms. Initially, the project will leverage existing technology like Grow and SAP Account Origination, with assessments to determine future solutions.
