Job description

Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Enterprise Computing Success in this role requires a strong understanding of technology, balanced with the acute business acumen and soft skills needed to work effectively both up and down the organization.

This role will report to the Fleet Enablement Lead and will require interaction with distributed technology teams, stakeholders, and resources globally supporting development teams in Montreal, New York, and other global locations.

The Agile Business Analyst serves as the primary champion of the product strategies, helping implement Agile practices, and provides overall product leadership.

You have (Qualifications):
  1. Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager or Product Specialist
  2. A good understanding of and experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Kanban & DevOps
  3. A data-driven mindset, leveraging business-driven KPIs and available metrics to manage and communicate team performance
  4. Excellent skills in communication to various audiences, collaboration, and prioritization
  5. Strong teamwork, leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-discipline teams and balance far-reaching stakeholder groups with competing requirements
  6. A proven ability to multi-task, managing concurrent avenues of delivery with minimal assistance
  7. Understanding of product financials, TCO of a product, and cost recovery models
