Responsibilities include:

• Assist with planning and controlling aggregate site operations to ensure production aligns with safety standards, design requirements, and budgeted costs to achieve production and safety KPIs.
• Align resources required to execute tasks at the aggregate sites.
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Interact with clients and customers.
• Prepare safety, production, cost, and downtime tracking reports.
• Source parts and services for ongoing operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor Quality Control results and provide reports to customers as needed.
• Act as a resource to teams at all aggregate sites.
• Assist site teams in managing product inventories.
• Prepare and monitor demand and production forecast reports.
• Schedule and perform regular site inspections to support operations.
• Ensure all sites meet Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma with up to 3 years of experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate organization and clear communication.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
