The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting members with financial tools, and collaborating with advisors. As an agent, financial services, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:
Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own
Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members\' and customers\' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels
Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members.
