As a financial services agent, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting members and clients by informing them about existing applications and technological tools that can help them perform transactions and operations independently.
2. Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly assessing their needs to direct them to the appropriate individuals or alternative channels.
3. Collaborating with personal finance advisors to enhance the service offered to members.
