About the Role

This is a hands‑on technical delivery role within a specialized Agent Builder team, responsible for the end‑to‑end build and launch of enterprise AI agents for strategic customers. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, from systems design and scoping through configuration, integration, and evaluation, ensuring agents perform reliably at scale. The work sits at the intersection of deep technical execution and direct customer partnership, making it a high‑impact role in a fast‑moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from initial scoping through implementation and evaluation.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed build plans, then execute on them hands‑on, writing and configuring key agent components.
• Validate API integrations and ensure agents are stable, performant, and enterprise‑grade before and after launch.
• Interface directly with senior technical stakeholders on the customer side to define success criteria and manage delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Agent PMs, Agent Success, Engineering, and GTM teams to create tight feedback loops and surface platform gaps.
• Influence the evolution of the agent‑building platform by contributing real‑world insights from customer builds.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated track record of shipping technical solutions end‑to‑end for customers, ideally in a B2B SaaS context.
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to write production‑quality code as part of delivery work.
• Experience working with APIs and building integrations in technically complex environments.
• Strong CS fundamentals, evidenced by a Computer Science degree or equivalent engineering background.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, customer‑facing roles that require both structured thinking and rapid execution.
• Experience building agent workflows, conversational systems, or automation pipelines is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI agent development is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is CAD 150,000 to CAD 200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Location

This role is on‑site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In‑office presence is expected as part of the team culture.
