Execaire Aviation is seeking an LSB Fueling Agent to support our FBO services at our Montreal base. You will provide aircraft fueling, ground services and safety-conscious support for clients and crews, ensuring timely, high-quality service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years experience, TC operations knowledge, and bilingual French/English communication. Training and certifications will be provided; shift coverage is 24/7 with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation fueling or related roles.
• Proven customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Word/Excel).
• Bilingual French/English required.

Responsabilités

• Provide aircraft fueling services and ground support as required by Shell IAS procedures.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks in compliance with Shell/IAS standards.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of FBO area and equipment.
• Attend training as required by Shell/IAS and internal programs.
• Welcome and serve clients while upholding strict safety and service standards.
• Be flexible to work a 24/7 schedule.
