Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, QC, is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join the Configuration Methods Team. You will manage major structural work packages, participate in design solutions, and oversee structural installations while ensuring changes are properly incorporated.

You will sign and approve engineering design modifications, collaborate across functions on project management, and follow the change management process with notebooks and tooling requests.

Qualifications

• This role requires a DEC or Bachelor's degree in aeronautics or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aeronautical configuration or related fields.
• Strong command of French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Resourceful, autonomous, and good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate good judgement.
• Experience in project management and leading workshops/work sessions.
• Proficiency in Catia V5, SAP, and the Google Suite.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join our Configuration Methods Team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams.

You will be part of the Configuration Methods Team, responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line challenges, and improving product quality.

The team's structure promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your boarding pass:

• You have a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) or a Bachelor's degree specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance) or mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution (CEGEP or university);
• You have 5 years of experience in aeronautical configuration or a related field;
• You have a good command of spoken and written French and English;
• You have strong organizational and planning skills;
• You are resourceful, autonomous, and have good problem-solving skills;
• You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team;
• You have experience in project management;
• You are skilled at leading workshops and work sessions;
• You are proficient in Catia V5, SAP, and the Google Suite.
