Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

Collections

  • Make collection calls and follow up on assigned accounts in accordance with the current credit policy.

  • Negotiate terms with clients who are behind on payments.

  • Perform rigorous follow-up on account aging.

  • Document information obtained for each customer account.

  • Monitor credit limit exceedances in compliance with the current credit policy.

Administrative

  • Release on-hold orders in the ERP system in accordance with the credit policy.

  • Reconcile assigned customer accounts on a daily basis in compliance with maintenance procedures.

  • Provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers, and ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures as outlined in service agreements.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • High school diploma

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in credit/collections

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Fluent in French, both spoken and written, and possess excellent command of English (frequent communication with English-speaking stakeholders based outside of Quebec)
