Qualifications

About Us

Since 1978 Air Inuit has been providing scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services in Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of over 35 aircraft ranging from a Twin Otter 300 Series to a Boeing 737 200C, 300 and 800 and employs over 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments.

Role Overview

The Crew Scheduling Agent is a dynamic and meticulous key player within our Flight Operations team. In this role, you’ll take charge of orchestrating accommodation and transportation logistics for our crew members, ensuring their schedules are seamlessly managed and fully compliant with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Company’s Safety Management System.
  • Oversee and arrange all deadheading, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate and adjust flight simulator sessions.
  • Communicate with crew members regarding schedule changes, accommodations, and transportation details.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and address any scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew schedules, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other related tasks according to the department's operational needs and objectives.


What Will Make You An Ideal Candidate

  • High school, diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in aviation is an asset.

  • Proficient in various software programs like Excel, Word, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends


Compensation

  • The salary is determined according to our remuneration policy.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work schedule, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours.
