Job description

Groupe Robert is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent for ____________ Terminal.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Process orders received by fax or e-mail
  • Data processing
  • Answer customer and driver inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on pick-ups and deliveries
  • Coordinate operations at the local level and through various Robert terminals to optimize customer shipments follow-up
  • Address client needs efficiently
  • Produce and fill out different types of documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service in the transportation field (mandatory)
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Strong customer approach skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
